Birmingham City Centre (2 days onsite)Day rate up to £650, PAYE, Inside IR35A fantastic opportunity to join a newly established Organisation Design & Transformation Centre of Excellence, supporting large-scale transformation and organisation design activity across a complex organisation.This is an interim contract till the end of the year (Dec 2026) whilst they appoint for the perm and 12 month FTC. You'll lead organisation design reviews from diagnostic through to implementation, working directly with Executive Directors, senior leaders and subject matter experts. The role involves facilitating design sprints, conducting diagnostics, developing operating model recommendations and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end organisation design reviews and transformation projectsFacilitate design sprints and stakeholder workshopsDevelop organisation structures, operating models and workforce solutionsDeliver diagnostics and change impact assessmentsInfluence and coach senior leaders through complex change programmesManage multiple concurrent projects and prioritiesThe Successful ApplicantDelivering multiple organisation design reviews from concept through to implementationBuilding trusted relationships with Executive Directors and senior stakeholdersProducing evidence-based recommendations that improve organisational effectivenessEmbedding organisation design capability across the wider businessWhat's on OfferYou'll bring experience leading organisation design, operating model or transformation programmes within complex environments.
