Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the transactional finance team's daily activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the transactional finance team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial queries.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Transactional Manager should have:

  • Experience in managing transactional finance teams or processes.
  • A solid understanding of accounting and finance principles in the financial services industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

What's on Offer

  • Daily rate of £210 to £230, dependent on the level of experience - equivalent to £55 to £60k
