About Our Client

The company is a small-sized organisation within the NFP space

Job Description

  • Prepare and review year-end financial statements in compliance with reporting standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
  • Analyse financial data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the year-end reporting cycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Year-End Accountant should be:

  • Fully Qualified (ACA or ACCA)
  • Strong on year end processes
  • Familiar with charity SORP
  • Available ASAP
  • Able to use inflo (nice to have)
