Job Description

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes and processing orders efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with production to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall team goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Sales professional should have:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales support role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary of £28,000 rising to £31,700 on passing of probation.
  • Sign-on bonus of £350 at 3 months and 6 months, if no absence.
