Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing clear product and pricing information.
  • Prepare and follow up sales quotations to help convert enquiries into orders.
  • Build positive working relationships with new and existing customers through regular contact.
  • Process customer orders accurately and keep records up to date.
  • Work closely with colleagues to confirm stock availability and delivery details.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales from existing customer accounts.
  • Resolve routine customer queries promptly to maintain a smooth sales experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Internal Sales Representative' should have:
