About Our Client

Job Description

  • Provide technical support and resolve IT issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure systems meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and system changes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system checks and updates to improve security and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external vendors when necessary for specialised support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Engineer / Analyst should have:

  • Mandarin Speaking!! (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience in supporting technology within the insurance industry or similar environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving IT issues.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT or technology fields.

What's on Offer

  • Salary range from £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position based in London.
