The IT Project Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and successfully delivering technology projects within the business. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams reporting directly in to Senior management.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Manager project delivery timescales, working with multiple external implementation teams
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and address potential risks or issues that may affect project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and recommend best practices for project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Project Delivery Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in managing IT projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working with multiple IT product deliveries (CRM, Accounting, ERP)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical knowledge to understand and address IT-related challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
