While on this growth plan and backing from the Head of Procurement and other senior stakeholders the client is looking to strengthen its position as an industry leader in terms of its procurement function.

Job Description

What the successful IT Sourcing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective and high-quality IT services and solutions.
  • Identify and assess potential suppliers, ensuring alignment with the organisation's requirements.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide sourcing solutions.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on supplier performance and cost-saving initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Sourcing Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, particularly in IT sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry.
