Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries in Italian and English via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
