Job Description



The successful Key Account Manager (Argos) will:

  • Own and manage the Argos account, developing strong senior-level relationships
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and execution
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and optimise account performance
  • Lead joint business planning, promotions, and range reviews with Argos stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to align plans with inventory and demand
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements to maximise revenue and margin
  • Ensure seamless execution of in-store and online campaigns
  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights to senior stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

An experienced and commercially astute Key Account Manager with a strong track record of managing major retail accounts, ideally within Argos or similar UK retailers. You bring a strategic mindset, combined with hands-on execution, and are confident managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Highly analytical and results-driven, you use data to inform decisions and drive growth, while demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your account, and are motivated to deliver measurable business impact.
