  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transit and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customs and logistics activities for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics activities with business goals.
  • Stay updated on changes to customs laws and regulations affecting the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within logistics operations.
