Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for various business units.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to assist decision-making processes.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and liaise with auditors as required.
  • Monitor and report on variances, offering recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Professional accountancy qualifications or relevant studies in Accounting & Finance.
  • Prior experience in management accounting or a similar role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
