We are seeking a proactive, confident, and detail‑oriented Management Accountant for our client based in Maidenhead. This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision‑making, and ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day finance operations.

Job Description

  • Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and variance commentary.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insight into performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with account teams to deliver clear financial guidance, campaign profitability analysis, and commercial support.
  • Oversee and review the work of the AP and AR Clerks, ensuring accurate transaction processing and strong working capital management.
  • Drive process improvements, enhance financial controls, and contribute to system and workflow optimisation across the finance function.
  • Assist with cashflow forecasting, audit preparation, compliance requirements, and ad‑hoc analysis for the Finance Director.



The Successful Applicant

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
  • Confident preparing and reviewing balance sheets, with a consistent track record of maintaining accurate reconciliations.
  • Experienced in producing timely, high‑quality monthly management reports and variance analysis.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable driving or supporting process improvements across the finance function.
  • Strong communicator who can work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate closely with both finance and non‑finance teams.
