You'll have the space to take ownership, influence improvements, and develop your financial expertise within a dynamic operational environment.Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounts and delivering insightful commentarySupporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple cost centresBusiness partnering with operations, engineering and production teamsAnalysing manufacturing variances and identifying opportunities for cost efficienciesMaintaining balance sheet reconciliations and supporting month-end processesImproving reporting tools, dashboards and financial processesGetting involved in system enhancements and continuous improvement projectsProviding ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decisionsIt's a fantastic role for someone who enjoys blending numbers with real-world impact and likes stepping outside the "traditional accounting" bubble.The Successful ApplicantYou don't need to tick every box - what matters most is your attitude, curiosity and appetite to learn.
