Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business decisions.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Provide detailed variance analysis and commentary on financial performance.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to monitor cost control and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Support the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.
  • Manage cash flow and monitor working capital requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification or relevant academic background in finance.
  • Proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or a related field.
