Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with department heads to track and manage costs effectively.
  • Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting practices.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
