Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Reconcile balance sheets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
  • Support the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Strong technical accounting skills and a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Preferred active studying towards ACCA or CIMA.
