Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
  • Provide analysis of financial performance to stakeholders within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various financial projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis within a professional setting.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
