Job Description

  • Prepare accurate financial reports and present them to key stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to improve decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline accounting procedures.
  • Provide financial advice and support to non-financial departments.
  • Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A full or part-completed recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to solving financial challenges.
