Be a hands-on leader that is present on the shop-floor and understands the business from the ground up.

The Successful Applicant

This leader will have:

  • Proven leadership experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • A strong track record of achieving business growth and profitability.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operational and financial management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic growth plans.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
