Job Description

Manufacturing Manager, High Wycombe

  • Lead and manage the manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and efficiency goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and minimise waste.
  • Plan production capacity and deploy the workforce effectively to meet fluctuating made-to-order demand while maintaining control of labour expenditure.
  • Define meaningful operational measures and use performance data to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and delivery standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise workflow.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of manufacturing equipment.
  • Analyse production data and generate reports for senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing team members to achieve effective operations.
