The Communications and Marketing Business Partner is essential in developing and implementing effective communication plans and marketing initiatives to support the organisation's goals and objectives.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Manager: External communications:Develop and implement strategic communication plans and campaigns to effectively convey the company's message to external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and the general public. This includes managing media relations, press releases, creating engaging content and coordinating external events.Marketing:Works closely with the client relationship and business development teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns for work winning. This includes conducting market research, creating content, creating marketing materials, events and awards, tactics, tools, and processes to raise brand awareness.Manages third-party agencies and suppliers to hold them accountable for delivering a positive return on investment and strong customer net promoter scores.Measures KPIs for all programmes, analyses campaigns and tracks performance to ensure marketing activities deliver expected business outcomes.Employee communications Develop and implement internal communication plans to engage and inform employees on project wins and milestones, inclusion and diversity, sustainability, innovation, health, safety, and well-being.This may involve creating newsletters, presentations, organising and developing content for business briefings and events, as well as maintaining internal communication platforms.Relationships Collaborate with other business partners in the marketing and communications function to align plans, share best practices, and support each other in achieving business and professional goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
