Job Description

Reporting to regional leadership, you will lead the marketing function in Egypt with a strong focus on product marketing and market positioning of building materials solutions. Key responsibilities include:



  • Define and execute the country marketing strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.


  • Lead, develop and manage the local marketing team, ensuring effective execution across brand, product, and digital marketing activities.


  • Drive product marketing strategy to strengthen the positioning of building materials solutions across key market segments.


  • Define value propositions and go-to-market strategies for product ranges and project-based solutions.


  • Partner closely with commercial and technical teams to support business growth through trade marketing and market activation initiatives.


  • Lead new product launches and ensure the development of effective marketing collateral for technical product ranges.

The Successful Applicant

You hold a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus. You bring at least 10 years of marketing experience, ideally within the building materials, construction products or a similar technical industrial sector. You have strong expertise in product marketing, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies, with the ability to position technical solutions in B2B markets. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, technical and regional teams. You combine a strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data to support strategic decisions and are fluent in English, able to operate effectively in an international environment.
