Job Description

  • Coordinated and produced digital content for recruitment and marketing campaigns across websites and digital channels, including copywriting, editing, proofing, and content management.
  • Supported the delivery of marketing campaigns through internal channels and external agencies.
  • Created, managed, and maintained video content across digital platforms, ensuring effective asset management and storage.
  • Developed and delivered content plans for video and social media channels to support recruitment and engagement objectives.
  • Produced engaging multimedia content including video, photography, graphics, and social media assets for both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Liaised with external agencies and stakeholders to deliver digital assets to agreed specifications and deadlines.
  • Updated and maintained websites, third-party platforms, and social media channels with accurate and engaging content.
  • Supported the development and production of digital publications and recruitment materials.
  • Ensured digital content remained current, brand-compliant, and aligned with relevant legislation, including data protection and copyright requirements.
  • Assisted in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns using digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and online platforms.
  • Responded to customer and stakeholder enquiries across digital channels, providing a professional and customer-focused service.
  • Maintained consistent branding and messaging across all digital communications.
  • Conducted market, audience, and competitor research to support campaign planning and performance analysis.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience.



Skills & Experience

  • Experience creating digital content for websites, social media, and video channels.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and content consistency.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and content editing tools.
