Job Description

  • Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs.
  • Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a range of providers.
  • Manage the entire mortgage application process from start to completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders.
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Handle client queries and provide timely, accurate information.
  • Support administrative tasks related to mortgage applications and approvals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Mortgage Broker should have:

  • Proven experience in mortgage advising or broking.
  • A strong understanding of mortgage products and the application process.
  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
