Job Description

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage and grow a range of accounts across the Global and National Brewers and Pub Companies, shaping and executing a national sales strategy to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and enhance brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a high-impact national sales strategy within the On Trade sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and routes to market
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Deliver against ambitious revenue and growth targets



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of the UK On trade
  • Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing national accounts
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
