Job Description

  • Lead the management and optimisation of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.
  • Develop and execute investment strategies to maximise portfolio returns.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Investment Manager should have:

  • A strong background in financial services, particularly within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Proven expertise in managing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in developing and implementing investment strategies.
