Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider business.
  • Carry out finance duties such as processing and raising invoices, doing payment runs, organising direct debits and dealing with any invoice queries.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support team members with document preparation and correspondence as required.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including organising office resources.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure office requirements are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager (6 month FTC) should have:

  • Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Be able to independently cover finance duties described.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
