Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Supervise and support the secretarial and business support team in their daily activities.
  • Ensure all office supplies and equipment are maintained and replenished as needed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in an office management role within the housing or property industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • Experience within the property industry is desirable.
