Job Description

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, addressing any queries they may have.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure all necessary equipment and resources are prepared for new team members.
  • Assist in the delivery of induction materials and ensure new employees are familiar with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the Human Resources team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Track and report on the progress of onboarding activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to onboarding.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Onboarding Administrator should have:

  • Experience in administrative or HR-related roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to commute to Bolton.
