Job Description

  • Monitor and optimise operational workflows within the technology department.
  • Analyse data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Provide support for system implementation and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track operational performance metrics.
  • Handle and resolve operational issues in a timely manner to minimise disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Support the development of documentation and training materials for operational processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in operations, with a focus on technology and systems.
  • Strong applications background (Linux)
  • In depth understanding across scripting platforms (Bash, Python, Shell)
  • Experience with FIX!!
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working within the business services industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in a professional setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
