Job Description

  • Manage procurement and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes.
  • Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Develop and implement strategies for supplier relationship management.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve set objectives and targets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management ideally within the home improvement, construction or instillation industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
