Job Description

As Operations Manager, you will;

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations across 2 London sites.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to facilities management operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet organisational goals.
  • Manage and support team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and manage third-party service providers.

The Successful Applicant

For this role, a successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Knowledge of compliance, GDPR and ISO's.
  • Experience in facilities management, ideally within the property and construction sector.
