The operation supports major car manufacturers through expertise in lightweight materials, plastics engineering, and emissions-related systems, while contributing to next-generation, lower-emission mobility solutions.Job DescriptionAs the Paint Process Engineer you will be tasked with the following;Manage the paint process workflow to ensure quality and efficiency in production.Lead paint material supplier management.Analyse and resolve technical issues related to painting equipment and processes.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance output and reduce waste.Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in the paint department.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies.Provide technical support and training to ensure operational excellence.Prepare and maintain documentation related to paint processes and equipment maintenance.Assist in the evaluation and selection of materials and equipment for paint applications.The Successful ApplicantA successful Paint Process Engineer should have:A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
