Job Description

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing and managing property-related legal documents.
  • A strong understanding of the conveyancing process in England and Wales.
  • Provide administrative support for property transactions and legal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and legal documentation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders on property matters.
  • Support the legal team with research and case preparation.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Paralegal - Property should have:

  • 1.5 - 2 years previous experience in a legal or paralegal role, ideally with a focus on property law.
  • A strong understanding of legal documentation and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the legal team.
  • Relevant legal qualifications or training.

What's on Offer
