Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and report on variances to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives where appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support the accounting and finance department with ad-hoc projects and tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Qualified/Studying Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
