Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end Wealth Manager payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly Wealth Manager statements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Wealth Manager reward structures and payroll mechanisms.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across compensation processes.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of payroll and reward frameworks.
  • Draft high‑quality documentation; experience writing Board papers is advantageous but not essential.
  • Maintain strong governance, control, and compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Essential: Experience within the Wealth Management industry, specifically involving Wealth Manager payroll and reward.
  • Hands‑on experience preparing monthly statements.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and complex data handling.
  • Ability to work autonomously and operate effectively in a pressured environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership.
  • Immediate availability for an interim position with potential to convert to permanent.
