• Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees, including the preparation of payroll summaries for internal billing teams.
• Support forecasting and reporting activities related to staffing costs and cost‑of‑sales processes.
• Source, administer, and maintain employer‑provided benefits and allowances.
• Coordinate payroll operations, including managing payroll inputs and liaising with external payroll providers.
• Validate and control payroll outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal financial processes.
• Manage financial hand‑offs between payroll, benefits, and accounting functions.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and allowances.
• Oversee relationships with benefit vendors, suppliers, and third‑party service providers.
• Support procurement activities where payroll or benefits suppliers are involved.
• Contribute to payroll compliance and integration activities across business functions.
