Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll both monthly and weekly including processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
  • Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and employment laws.
  • Implement and improve payroll processes and systems where necessary.
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Strong understanding of tax legislation and employment laws in the UK.
  • Experience working within a professional Accounting & Finance environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
