They are now in an exciting period of growth and this is a newly created role as they ramp-up transaction activity in the UK & Europe for a fresh €1.5bn fund.Job Description· Key member of the team, writing and implementing asset business plans.· Involvement and input at acquisition, re-development phases, leasing, value creation and asset management during the hold period as well as assisting during disposal phases.· The PE Real Estate Asset Manager will be involved with day-to-day portfolio management, optimising asset income, performance and capital value and will be a key point of contact with a variety of Tenants.· Working closely with and supporting the Investment team during deal screening and due diligence, assisting to ensure all new investment opportunities are viable from a value-add perspective.· Support the production of investment committee materials, assisting with Monthly / Quarterly / Annual and ad-hoc Investor reporting material.· Asset performance monitoring and reporting· Work across the fund, on multiple assets and portfolios at any one time - both on a granular and over-arching level.The Successful ApplicantThe successful PE Real Estate Asset Manager should have / be:· A BSc or MSc in Real Estate / a Built Environment degree.· 3 years post-MRICS qualification highly desirable, but we will also consider Part-Qualified APC candidates with a great attitude towards working at pace and learning.· For more experienced candidates (up to 5 years total), prior experience in a principal-led Asset Management position is desirable (those having worked in a PE Real Estate or Investment / Asset management business).· Ability to read and manipulate excel models / schedules, ensuring all asset and tenancy data is correct and correlates across the fund.· Hands-on UK Real Estate experience (European jurisdictions can be trained on the job)· Ability to work and enjoy a fast-paced environment assisting and pitching in with busy teams.
