As a People Coordinator in the hospitality sector, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Based in London, you'll help ensure the smooth running of HR processes that keep the business moving.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage HR processes, including on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits management.
  • Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support various projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Coordinator should have:

  • Worked in an HR role for circa a year and seeking to gain the next step in your career
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
