Job Description

  • Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction programmes.
  • Advise on performance management and development plans for employees.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Support the business in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Partner should have:

  • Professional experience in human resources within the financial services industry.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
