They work 3-4 days/week in the office and have a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Build, manage, and optimise paid search, Pmax, Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft AdsOwn day to day optimisations across keywords, bids, budgets, ad copy, and landing pagesConduct regular search query, keywords, and audience analysisMonitor AI-led campaigns including URL exclusions, interpreting insights and recommending actionsSupport and help manage feed optimizationManage ongoing Demand Gen/ Pmax asset group updates, including creative refreshes and asset group testing, asset performance reviews and optimisation, and audience signal refinementSupport and help manage a structured testing roadmap across all paid activitiesPlan, implement, and evaluate tests across bidding, creative, assets, and landing pagesDocument test results clearly and translate learnings into actionable recommendationsProduce regular performance reports and dashboardsAnalyse performance data to generate clear insights and optimisation opportunities, utilizing 3rd party dataSupport performance reviews by explaining what's working, why it's working, and what to do nextCollaborate with brand, creative, web, trade, and CRM teams to ensure alignment across channelsSupport conversations with platform partners (e.g. Google) where requiredBrief in new codes and URLs to the web & CSR teamsTest all new promotions before they go live to ensure a good customer experienceCoordinate the digital marketing offer schedule and work with our other marketing teams to ensure promotions are consistent across channelsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Performance Marketing Executive should have:Solid paid search experience (Google, Bing ads platforms), with a strong track record of running successful campaigns from conception, execution & data analysisStrong analytical thinkers with excellent numerical skillsHigh attention to details and able to manipulate data using advanced ExcelArticulate, verbally and in writing, able to simplify and convey complex data and the insights gathered from itUp to date with market and technological related innovationsClear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetExperience of working in a retail e-commerce environment is beneficial but not essentialSelf-sufficient, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectivelyWell organised, efficient, and comfortable working to tight deadlinesStrong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiencesCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skillsQuick learner and pro-active, with a problem-solving mindsetProficient in Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads EditorExperience using GA4 / Adobe AnalyticsFamiliarity with Power BIWhat's on OfferSalary up to £40,000Discretionary performance bonusPension, health cover, life assurance50% instore discountContactFrances MunnellyQuote job refJN-062026-7030744Phone number+442072692157Job summaryJob functionDigitalSubsectorPPCSectorRetailLocationCity of LondonContract typePermanentConsultant nameFrances MunnellyConsultant phone+442072692157Job referenceJN-062026-7030744
