Job Description

  • Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion.
  • Providing practical, commercially focused advice to clients throughout the claims process.
  • Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution team to assist ongoing business growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with at least 4 years' PQE in personal injury litigation.
  • Experienced in managing personal injury matters with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
  • Organised and able to manage a busy caseload effectively while maintaining high standards.
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player who enjoys working within a diverse and exciting environment.
