Job Description

Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion.
Providing practical, commercially focused advice to clients throughout the claims process.
Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favourable outcomes.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of service.
Working closely with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution team to assist ongoing business growth.

The Successful Applicant

A solicitor or equivalent with at least 4 years' PQE in personal injury litigation.
Experienced in managing personal injury matters with minimal supervision.
Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
Organised and able to manage a busy caseload effectively while maintaining high standards.
Commercially aware with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
A team player who enjoys working within a diverse and exciting environment.
