Job Description

The Solicitor / Senior Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters including RTA, employer liability and public liability claims.
  • Conducting liability, causation and quantum assessments to progress claims efficiently.
  • Negotiating settlements with insurers and opposing representatives.
  • Providing high levels of client care throughout the claims process.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of a specialist litigation team.



The Successful Applicant

The Solicitor / Senior Solicitor should be:

  • A qualified solicitor with expereince in personal injury litigation.
  • Experienced in handling RTA, employer liability and/or public liability claims.
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and case management skills.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Organised, proactive and capable of managing a busy caseload effectively.
