Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth operation of healthcare services within the retail setting.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to customers regarding healthcare and medications.
  • Maintain compliance with GPhC standards and regulations at all times.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of essential healthcare products.
  • Support and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency within the department.
  • Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures in the retail environment.
  • Working hours Monday - Friday 9-6 and working 1 in 2 Saturday's 9-1.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Registered Pharmacist Manager should have:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong knowledge of retail healthcare practices and procedures.
  • The ability to manage and oversee a team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of customer care.
