This includes submitting applications to the Land Registry, dealing with requisitions, handling SDLT submissions, notifying lenders of registration, and closing files in line with firm procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also involves liaising with lenders, clients and third parties, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring files are fully compliant.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in a post‑completion role within a UK solicitors' firm, with a good working knowledge of Land Registry processes, SDLT and post‑completion requirements.
