Job Description

The successful candidate will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:

  • Drafting Wills and Codicils.
  • Trust creation and administration.
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
  • Probate and Estate Administration.
  • Inheritance Tax and related HMRC matters.
  • Deeds of Variation and associated tax advice.
  • Court of Protection matters.



The Successful Applicant

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Private Client work.
  • Have strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters.
  • Possess excellent client care and relationship management skills.
  • Be commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking.
  • Have a positive and proactive approach to their work.
  • Be keen to contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.
