Job Description

Advise on estate planning, inheritance tax, and trust structures for UK and international clients.

Draft wills, lasting powers of attorney, and complex trust documentation.

Prepare Court of Protection applications and manage deputyship files.

Collaborate with other practice areas including family, corporate, and property teams.

Supervise junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:

  • Qualified solicitor status with relevant experience in private client law.
  • Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
  • A proactive and organised approach to work.
