Job Description

The Private Client Senior Solicitor or Associate will be:

  • Managing a varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, executries and succession planning matters.
  • Advising clients on tax and estate planning, asset protection and wealth preservation strategies.
  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney and trust documentation.
  • Overseeing trust and executry administration matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior members of the team while contributing to business development activities.



The Successful Applicant

The Private Client Senior Solicitor or Associate should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years' PQE in private client work.
  • Experienced in wills, executries, trusts and succession planning matters.
  • Skilled in managing client relationships and delivering high levels of client care.
  • Able to manage a busy caseload independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Experienced in mentoring or supervising junior colleagues.
  • STEP qualification desirable but not essential.
